Coffee & Cinnamon

Hi Everyone,
Sandy here and OMG it's only 55 days left until Christmas!!!
For me it's the same story every year...it always comes too soon...
I try my best to get started with the Christmas card early in the year, but I don't get around to it, even less so now that I have the store, so I tend to end up with a mass production a week or two before Christmas.  Sounds familiar?  LOL
I suppose I could just go out and buy Christmas cards, but that somehow doesn't feel right...

Anywho; I thought I'd show you some quick and fun Christmas cards I made this morning!

I've been playing with coffee filters and of course papers from Maja Design's new Christmas collection " A Gift for You", which is this week's theme.

Card No. 1 was made with the sheet " Given from the Heart".

Card No. 2 was made with the sheet "When the Snow is Falling".

..and finally card no. 3 was made with the sheet "Handwritten Post Card"
Voilà! Three down only....hmmmm...many more to go. :-)
But this is a great way to make many in one go. Just decide on a design and then you alter the images and colours of papers and embellishments.

All three images  can be found on the sheet "Fairytale of Winter" from Pion Design.

If you're wondering what the sticks are, they are the newly arrived cinnamon sticks, available in natural brown and whitewashed. They can easily be cut into desired length, and let me tell ya' crafting has never smelled so good! :-)

Here's a collage with the details:

Thanks for stopping by; hope you like my quick Coffee Christmas cards.
If you leave a comment, I'd love to hear which one's your favourite out of the three!
Hugz, Sandy

  1. Hallo Sandy, deine Kaffeefilter-Karten sind ideal. Sie gefallen mir alle drei so richtig gut. Mal sehen, ob ich auch so schöne Exemplare zustande bringe.
    Ganz liebe Grüße
